A true transformation leader who, over the last 20 years, has navigated the hard yards, leading transformation teams across complex transformation projects, M&A and aligning C-suite across a wide range of multi-national clients.
A determined, complexity buster, evangeliser and motivator of teams, that’s Tommo. Enough said.
Prateek Sinha
Senior advisor with a strong grasp of complex transformations and corporate dynamics. Prateek collaborates with C-suite leaders to drive change and enhance organisational capabilities with a successful track record as both an internal change agent (Shell, British Telecom) and an external consultant (Accenture, Cap Gemini).
Problem solver, pattern mapper, systems thinker and cultural compass, that’s how we’d sum up Prateek.
Melissa Kelly
Battle scarred programme and project director, Melissa’s extensive experience in risk & governance paved the way to make a significant impact during the Covid pandemic. She championed data transparency with third parties collaborating across various government departments and devolved nations as part of her role with the Joint BioSecurity Centre and UKHSA.

Jules Boldock
An energetic and dynamic leader, with a wealth of experience in the retail sector, spanning operating model design, organisation design processes, digital Innovation, digital delivery, programme and project management, e-commerce and omni-channel retail systems and service design lead customer experience.
Jules is passionate about leading people on the change journey, creating a critical mass of change until it snowballs, and even convincing the sceptics to get on board!
Helen Kewell
Helen has 20+ years consultancy experience and specialises in complex business transformations, organisational development, and change management. A DE&I expert with experience gained during her time at Accenture and leadership roles at Carbon Search and C Squared.
Known for her ability to unravel complexity, inspire creative solutions, provide cultural guidance and an excellent motivator of teams. Helen’s also quite the peacemaker too!
Peter Coulson
Peter specialises in Change Management for large-scale business transformations, leveraging his experience in process
re-engineering, organisational design and senior-level strategy development. Peter is passionate about driving operational efficiencies and improving performance whilst developing people and organisations.
His unique abilities as a gap detector, bridge builder, and harmoniser are what sets Peter apart.
Henry Kuti
A transformation leader and consultant with 18+ years experience focused on human-centred transformations from operational excellence and customer experience to product-focused growth.
